I found a recipe for a pudding and just had to make it! I had never used Hemp seeds before so I wanted to experiment. Lately, I have found myself leaning in more of a keto-way so I made this, to switch up the morning meal. This recipe is amazing for veggies and vegans who accept college protein into their lives. (nut free, gluten fee, non GMO blah blah blah).

Here’s what you do….


  • 1 ½ cup (350 ml)full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides (Vital Proteins)
  • 1 scoop of powdered greens (Amazing Grass)
  • 1 cup (110 grams) frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cupMCT oil (Brain Octane)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 3 drops liquid stevia

Optional Toppings

  • Shredded coconut
  • Almonds
  • Hemp hearts
  • Fresh berries


Put everything in the blender. I start with the coconut milk so the powders don’t stick to the bottom the blender. Then add the rest of your ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. This is a super filling meal so you can either eat a third of it when you make it, share with someone, or save for later in the fridge. Top with your favorite toppings, if using. I used hemp seeds, shredded unsweetened coconut, and a few more raspberries!

PS if you’re not used to eating a high fat diet and MCT oil then you may want to go with a smaller portion or less MCT oil. Sometimes it can be a bit much on your digestive system.

This “Drop the Mic pudding” is full of protein, fat, and low in carbohydrates. Perfect for keeping your glucose levels in check. The key to burning that stubborn fat is to eat a lot of really good fats! I have been on this keto kick for about a month now and I went from 38inch hips to 33inch hips and lost 5 pounds super easily.

The proof is in the pudding, Ha!
