Sometimes you don’t have time to get to the gym or it’s a beautiful day!  Here is a great bodyweight functional fitness workout that will get your blood flowing. Minimal equipment and your bodyweight  should be enough to feel the burn. This workout should take you about 30 minutes. Do each block 3-4 times through. At the end of each block you can also challenge yourself a little more and sprint to the end of the street and back!

Equipment Needed: Yourself, a bosu if you have one, some kind of weight, could be a gallon of water or 10-20lb dumbbell, If you don’t live on a cul de sac then find a track nearby and CRUSH this workout! Your body and mind will thank you!

Block 1: 

12 pop jacks with bosu

12 Hindu push ups (if you aren’t comfortable with these do standard push up)

20 dips

Block 2:

20 In out squats

12 each side side plank raises

24 skaters

Block 3: 

10 explosive iso squat jumps

20 plank tap

20 reverse lunge with skip

Block 4: 

12 each side single leg hip raise

10 Broad jumps

20 Crab touches
